Warehouse Officer

Chandra Asri is currently expanding its portfolio in the energy sector and incorporating its asset as well as operational infrastructure to supports the expansion plan of the second world-scale integrated petrochemical complex in Indonesia, CAP2.

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and follow up on Logistics matters between SO team and 3PL to ensure smooth operation and full support to deliveries commitment.
• Manage effective inventory control by monitoring FIFO, small lots, minimising aging inventory and maintaining safe inventory level in all warehouse location.
• Monitoring Stock by Pallet and Jumbo bag production and delivery schedule.
• Evaluate performance of 3PL through monthly KPI review and feedback to ensure SHE compliance, effective Warehouse Management (including maintenance of facilities/ infrastructure, inventory control) are aligned with CAP expectations.
• Minimizing additional overhead request, initiating cost saving and logistic optimization whenever possible, and provide justification for additional cost request related to warehouse management/ operational cost.
• Ensure availability of warehouse equipment and consumable material to operate properly and follow safety standard and Government Regulation.
• Ensure that the warehouse building and its facilities are in good condition, and follow up issue logs with related parties.
• Initiating improvement project, by identify, develop and implement new policy/s and procedures and initiate improvement/study related to operation in the warehouse.
• Audit Representative for matters related to warehouse operation to ensure audit finding/ advice are managed appropriately.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in all major related to logistic/industrial engineering
• Have 1-5 years working experience in logistic
• Have experience using SAP or other warehouse management system
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel for analyze data & reporting)
• Tech savvy & good analytical thinking
• Have good in English skill both spoken & written

This position is contract based and will be placed at Site Office Cilegon
