Strategy Deployment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Initiate the strategy deployment process by collecting, analyzing, and preparing relevant data from all directorates to ensure alignment with the company’s annual and medium-term objectives.
• Developing and reviewing key performance indicators (KPIs) and annual action plans in coordination with Finance and HR to ensure consistency with corporate strategy.
• Design, enhance, and maintain performance measurement tools such as corporate dashboards, APOL, and KPI maps to evaluate strategic effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on strategic plan execution across key functional areas, including preparing periodic performance reports (Corporate Dashboard, KPI audits, etc.) for management review.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support decision-making and mitigate potential risks in achieving company performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferrably from Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration/Management.
• Minimum 1 year experience in handling corporate strategy, scorecard development, and project management. Previously working in chemical industry or business consultant would be a plus.
• Fluent in English.
