Electrical Superintendent

Responsibility :

• To execute and lead plant reliability activities by proper root cause analysis, suggest improvement, correction and modification to improve operation capability either on equipment's,  system or people. Develop the planning and scheduling of maintenance program, supervisor and technician work.
• Evaluate and improve maintenance program (daily, monthly, annually), check equipment during turn around maintenance, and coordinate PM, CM and TAM activities based on maintenance planning, to ensure activities run in accordance with the prevailing terms and procedure. Able to Investigate and suggest improvement or refurbishment method of each problem by Root Cause Analysis method
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment damage immediately to minimize production cost (ESD/Uptime loss). Proactively lead Corrective Action/Preventive Action recommendation to eliminate reoccurance case
• Establish maintenance equipment report and all maintenance activities, to give information to superior
• Check available spare part and establish remain spare part purchase requisition, to ensure remain spare part availability
• Coordinate and supervise work by contractor in accordance with the prevailing terms and procedure, to support contractor work activities smoothness

Qualification :

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years working experience in maintenance area at Petrochemical/Power Plant/Oil & Gas/ EPC Company
• Preferably have AK3 Listrik Certification3.
• Experience in maintaining of motor, trafo, UPS, Switchgear, MCC panel
• Proficient in using Ms.Office
• Fluent in English both spoken & written.

This position will be placed at Site Office Serang
