Job Descriptions

  • Monitor and coordinate with 3PL and Export/ Import counterparties to achieve daily and monthly delivery target through daily monitoring and closely working with Sales
  • Ensure priority for outstanding deliveries potential to cost loss due to CAP reason  
  • Generate daily backlog report and follow it up with related PIC and 3PL        
  • Remind and monitor lot allocation, priority deliveries instructions, LTL charged to customers and any changes in DO are executed by 3PL        
  • Manage and coordinate all export-import (EXIM) schedule and activities, ensuring timely and cost-efficient documentation, payment security, compliance with company policies and goverment regulation, inventory monitoring and operational conditions related to outstanding exim orders while optimizing logistics through reliable 3PL services.
  • Familiarise with customers operational environment and special requirement that can affect unloading activities, if any
  • Be aware of traffic and fleet condition/restrictions/regulations that can impact delivery, and how to manage accordingly     
  • Track and document additional delivery charges incurred under all condition        
  • Create CCR document (Customer Complaint Report) related to delivery, and coordinate with 3PL for supporting documents, follow up the order replacement required to related teams until goods issue to customers.     
  • Coordinate with related department for SAP-related issues to ensure the polymer products can be loaded smoothly        
  • Generate daily report to Polymer Agents for actual daily shipment and send to each Agent        
  • Manage & record the report returnable pallets in daily basis and coordinate with Polymer warehouse team for the returning back the pallet        
  • Specific project assignment and work closely with related parties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from any related major from reputable universities
  • Has 3 years of experience in similar position from manufacturing industry or similar 
  • Good analytical and thinking
  • Demonstrate good level of English communication, both spoken and written
  • Team work player and also can work well with minimum supervision
  • Fluency in MS Office and advanced in MS Excel
