Responsibility:
- Analyze global ESG and sustainability trends, and recommend their integration into the Company's ESG framework, based on key stakeholder requirement, including the trends of:
- Enforced laws, regulations, directives, mandates, policies, and other regulatory instruments
- Applied standards, guidelines, codes, and principles for reporting, financing, investment, and management system
- Reputable and well-regarded ratings, benchmarkings, recognitions, and indexes
- Best practices from leading sustainable entities - Manage the overall process of participated ESG ratings, benchmarkings, and awards, including to:
- Coordinate engagement with the agencies or institutions to acquire required services
- Control the platform handling, data submission, feedback provision, and assessment activities
- Monitor methodological changes and prepare adjustment strategy for internal adoption in a timely manner
- Lead the process of obtaining essential advisory support - Manage sustainable financing opportunities, specifically to:
- Explore all applicable category of financial instruments
- Identify and engage essential parties, including financial institutions, government bodies, related suppliers, dealers, and consultants
- Provide recommendations for internal's finance team and support to obtain necessary endorsement from the Management
- Coordinate the provision of all requirements, including for third party verifications or assurances - Lead the development process of ESG roadmaps, namely to:
- Identify gaps from ESG benchmarkings, stakeholders requisitions, sustainable financings, and other input, and classify into each relevant materiality
- Update materiality assessment to capture all stakeholders' aspirations and priorities
- Establish ultimate ambitions and develop improvement roadmaps for each materiality aspect, with specific criteria relevant to addressing stakeholder input
- Develop and update ESG performance dashboard by capturing all essential key indicators, monitor, and report the progress of improvement delivered by internal functions to the Sustainability Development Committee - Provide recommendations and arrange resources for strategic networking to relevant stakeholders, including participation in international initiatives, frameworks, associations, or alliances.
- Coordinate the provision of stakeholder's requisition related to ESG and sustainability such as for audits, investor's due diligences, and other inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree with 9 years working experiences, include 2 years at managerial level
- Extensive knowledge on ESG related methodologies, standards, and terms: Sustainalytics, MSCI, CDP, Ecovadis, GRI, TCFD, GHG Protocols, SBT, SDG
- Comprehend Sustainable application on business aspects: Climate related initiatives, circular economy, human rights, supply chain, product stewardship, business ethics
- Intermediate English communication proficiency
