Legal Operation & Projects Officer

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and draft a variety of contracts and documents related to the Company's business operations, including but not limited to sale and purchase agreements, service agreements, outsourcing agreements, and rental agreements.
• Draft and review contractual documents for ongoing projects, such as NDAs, MOUs, term sheets, and other relevant agreements.
• Provide legal advice regarding operational and project matters to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
• Conduct legal analysis to evaluate the implications and potential risks associated with contract terms and conditions.
• Maintain organized records of all contracts and related documentation to ensure accessibility and compliance.
• Review the legality of corporate documents from customers and counterparties to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
• Have 1-2 years of experience in Legal Operations
• Tech savvy & good analytical thinking
• Have good in English skill both spoken & written
