Job Descriptions:

ESG Program Implementation

  • Develop and deploy ESG initiatives at corporate and subsidiary levels aligned with sustainability goals such as GHG emissions reduction, waste management, and energy efficiency.
  • Review and refine ESG policies, governance structures, and communication strategies across internal teams and subsidiaries.
  • Facilitate project certifications and award, including Green and Gold PROPER and Green Building.

Reporting and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collect, analyze, and consolidate data for sustainability reporting in compliance with frameworks like GRI and TCFD.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subsidiaries, and external consultants for ESG audits, certifications, and sustainable financing initiatives (e.g., sustainability-linked loans).
  • Organize ESG awareness campaigns, training, and workshops to align stakeholder goals with corporate ESG strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Governance

  • Manage monthly environmental performance reviews with the Environment Committee and yearly reviews with the Sustainability Development Committee.
  • Develop roadmaps for responsible ESG pillars, aligning targets with strategic business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on progress to achieve sustainability initiatives across environmental, social, and governance pillars.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Master Degree majoring in Chemical Engineering or similar from reputable universities.
  • Working experience at least 2 years of any petrochemical company / manufacturing company, commercial sectors or public consulting firm is preferred.
  • Demonstrate the ability in doing critical thinking, analytical and communicate effectively either with internal team or with business process owner
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications.

 

This position will be place at Head Office Jakarta
