Job Purpose:
Support the digital transformation program and process governance initiatives to ensure successful project implementation and achievement of business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deploy processes and governance frameworks for digital transformation initiatives.

  • Guide business users in defining project scope, developing business cases, and obtaining approvals.

  • Monitor the digital transformation roadmap and propose continuous improvements.

  • Implement IT governance programs aligning with industry standards such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO 27001.

  • Develop project management methodologies and tools to ensure governance and success metrics.

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital transformation initiatives with business objectives.

  • Manage project risks and issues, escalating as needed.

  • Track project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  •  Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in consulting, ERP implementation, process automation, or IT project management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, including experience with project methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and align digital transformation initiatives with overall business goals. 
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and IT process governance practices.
  •  Understanding of IT infrastructure components (e.g., servers, networks, databases) and their role in digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of application development lifecycles and application management principles.
  • Understanding with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Understanding of data management principles and technologies (e.g., data warehousing, business intelligence) is a plus.
  • Experience with process mapping and business process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
