Job Descriptions
- Contribute to the standardization of data management practices across the company by assisting in developing and implementing data governance policies and procedures. This includes defining clear data ownership, quality requirements, security measures, accessibility guidelines, and data retention policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear data ownership, quality requirements, security measures, accessibility guidelines, and data retention policies within the established framework.
- Support the Data Governance team in coordinating data integrity, accuracy, and quality improvement initiatives. This may include tasks like data profiling, data cleansing, and data correction.
- Assist in establishing data quality metrics and contribute to regular reporting of these metrics to relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate data quality issues and findings effectively to colleagues across departments, promoting data awareness and fostering a culture of data responsibility.
- Coordinate with the Data Governance team on data protection and data compliance regulations. This may involve tasks like staying updated on relevant regulations and participating in internal discussions.
- Assist in implementing data access controls and permissions to safeguard sensitive information and maintain data integrity.
- Monitor compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., PDPL) and internal data security policies.
- Stay informed about evolving data privacy regulations and best practices, proactively adapting the data governance program.
