Job Descriptions:
- Provide business continuity management (BCM) framework, governance, policy, procedure, and other relevant tools that align with by alignment with business goal, risk appetite/tolerance, and stakeholders expectation to ensure effectiveness and best practice development & compliance to the changing business environments, regulatory requirements, and standards.
- Provide business impact analysis (BIA) to assess internal & external threats & risks and recommends mitigation strategies and business continuity plan (BCP) to reduce or eliminate identified risks, and consolidate it into critical business impact profile.
- Coordinate with other functions to develop business continuity plan (BCP) and drive the delivery of BCM plans via coordination among BCM team and business continuity response team (BCRT).
- Coordinate with all relevant parties by managing internal function and or external consultants for BCP exercise and testing by running a Disruptive Risk Scenarios to ensure all related parties are ready and able to execute the plan
- Coordinate activities of CA Group's Crisis Management Team including periodic meetings, training, and exercises, also provide consultation.
- Assess BCP effectiveness as well as update it to ensure the BCP remains updated and effective.
- Coordinate integration of business risk into business process (embed risk management practices into daily operations and decision-making processes), define role and responsibilities, KPI, or action plan for each related function and timely communicate to management for report and support needed

- Develop competency development program of BCM and BCP to all CA Group's employees to ensure awareness and understanding, also crisis management capability building program to critical positions.
- Established continuous improvement on corporate business risk by develop channels for feedback to continuously: by self-audit, internal audit, and external audit to improve risk management processes; Benchmarking with industry standards and adapt the company’s BCM and BCP accordingly
- Coordinate digitalization in BCM area to strengthen the process, i.e. risk assessment, early warning system, call tree, forecasting model, etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of relevant major from reputable universities
- 10 years of experience in similar role preferably in chemical, manufacturing, infrastructure industries
- Hands on experience in managing business continuity and risk management in a large-scale group of companies
- Proven track record of managing operational risks, environmental risks, and health and safety risks.
- Experience developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies and business continuity plans (BCPs).
- Certified in Risk Management would be an added value
- Excellent communication skill and proficient in English both written and spoken
- Strong leadership skill with the ability to lead cross-functional teams when needed
