  • Technical Development
    • Expert-level proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, and Entity Framework.
    • Strong understanding of SOLID principles (OOP concept), design patterns, and dependency injection.
    • Experience with asynchronous programming, multi-threading, and unit testing frameworks .
    • Build and integrate AI services using APIs and microservices is a plus.
    • Experience with python is a plus
  • Mobile applications
    • Experience with cross‑platform frameworks such as Flutter, React Native, or Xamarin
    • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating mobile apps with backend services
    • Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and guidelines.
  • Microsoft Power Platform
    • Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps), Power Automate
    • Integration with Dataverse, SharePoint, and external APIs.
    • Knowledge of security roles, environment management, and solution deployment.
  • Data Engineering
    • Knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and data integration.
    • Familiarity with SQL Server (complex queries, stored procedures, indexing, performance tuning).
    • Familiarity with big data concepts is a plus.
  • Cloud & DevOps
    • Experience with Github Functions.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
    • Familiarity with Container or Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Other Skills
    • REST API development and integration.
    • Authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, Azure AD).
    • Version control using GitHub.
    • Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks is a plus.
