Utility Operation Operator (CAA)

Responsibilities :

• Record instrument and equipment condition or parameter based on field operator checklist
• Conduct patrol for assigned areas (Utility Area)
• Monitor Chemical stock level, supervise chemical filling and coordinate with SSV for chemical stock delivery from warehouse
• Collect samples of process streams for analysis in the laboratory
• Regular pump, blower, filter switching as scheduled or as needed based on field findings.
• Prepare equipment by draining or conducting blowdowns and purging to ensure it is safe for the maintenance team to work on.
• Verify the condition of the ion exchange process during regeneration either on AUTO, SEMI-AUTO, or Manual
• Receive task from SSV during shift meeting and report back to SSV before shift handover

Qualifications :

• Diploma Degree (D3) in major of Chemical Engineering
• Have 1-3 year experience as utility operator in manufacturing industry
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good in English skills both spoken and written

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon (Chandra Asri Alkali)
