Tank Yard Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all operational shift activities
• Oversee all plant operations, including routine and non-routine tasks, by verifying permits for maintenance and adhering to necessary procedures as required.
• Manage operation with Vessel Loading/Unloading, Truck loading, tank gauging & sampling, Tank operation.
• Document and report any additional activities during the shift.
• Conduct patrols within the local area.
• Collaborate with truck/forklift drivers, field operators, and warehouse teams
• "Review and analyze shipping activities such as controlling and transfer order through coordination with Marine Shift Supervisor, to ensure shipping process (marine) run smoothly.
• Verify any findings reported by field operators and create SAP notifications and coordinate with maintenance if the findings are confirmed
• Present a summary inventory indicating the flow rates all utilities, chemicals, and supply per shift.
• Compile and distribute shift supervisor report every morning to Tank Yard team members and management
• Review all operator activities that related with products and raw materials activities, to ensure activities run smoothly in accordance with the prevailing procedure.
• Coordinate product flow and condition to CA and EDC team
• Assume the role of Field Commander during emergency situations as per Emergency Respond Procedure.
• Serve as a backup board operator for the Distributed Control System (DCS) when necessary
• Coordinate with Planning Team in the morning regards to Daily Production Target and 3rd party consumption

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Experience in Supervisory level in Manufacturing Company, preferably in Petrochemical
• Min 5 years of experience in plant operations, preferably in chemical or petrochemical industries (experience in chlor-alkali plant is an advantage).
• Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication Skills

This position will be place at Site Office Cilegon
