Strategy Development Analyst

Responsibility

• Analyze and appraise strategic information by scanning internal and external environments (e.g. megatrend, Indonesia trend, CAP performance) to support strategy formulation.
• Initiate and facilitate the Annual Strategy Development Session (Strategy Session & SMMAD) to review the company’s long-term and medium-term strategies. 
• Develop and formulate the Corporate Scorecard to measure company performance in achieving strategic goals.
• Monitor and review the execution of the Corporate Scorecard across all key functional areas, including providing periodic performance status reports.
• Support HR in ensuring KPI cascading and alignment through the Performance Management System to reinforce corporate strategy.
• Recommend and provide advisory or notifications within the organization related to strategy development and scorecard, to mitigate potential risks affecting company performance and strategic goals.
• Support and initiate change management for assigned company-wide project implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferrably from Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration/Management. 
• Minimum 1 year experience in handling corporate strategy, scorecard development, and project management. Previously working in chemical industry or business consultant would be a plus. 
• Fluent in English. 

This position will be placed at Head Office Jakarta.
