Strategy Deployment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze sufficient/effectiveness Action Plan (Business As Usual  and/or extra efforts) of each directorate to ensure clear support Corporate Scorecard.
• Support task/activities for Pre & post  Annual Strategy Deployment Meeting include collaborating and support consultation for divisional/department in order develop material. 
• Analyze all informations from various source to review, verify actual progress, roadblock and forecasting and provide potential issues or recommendations of each Directorate/Divisional KPI and action plan execution to ensure support to Corporate Scorecard.
• Ensure availability of the Committed Cost Improvement is properly documented and monitor actual saving claim against all action plan  tangibility as impact to company's business.
• Ensure and fasilitate individual KPI cascading across directorate to align with company's scorecard include monitoring of implementation.
• Analyze, prepare and compile routine report accurately and maintain Strategy Deployment related document in order.
• Ensure and analize documented changes , monitoring, accurat update and communicate the changes to relevant stakeholder impacted.
• Provide guidance and training related to Strategy Deployment in order to improve awareness all employee against their roles and responsibilities within the Company to achieve strategic purpose.
• Support change management of any assigned company wide project implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferrably from Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration/Management.
• Minimum 1 year experience in handling corporate strategy, scorecard development, and project management. Previously working in chemical industry or business consultant would be a plus.
• Fluent in English.
