Reliability Management Engineer

Responsibility

• Facilitate and or participate on the facilitate and or participate on the investigation all Operational Reliability Incidents through failure analysis tools with the aim of achieving ongoing continuous improvement
• Facilitate and or participate Operational Reliability Incident Rating using Risk Assessment Matrix to Manage Threat and Opportunity
• Coordinate and or participate on Regular Reliability Review either special case and common issues/threat and provide sustainable long & short-term solution
• To create Proactive Technical Monitoring, based Surveillance for early detection of threats and Conduct failure analysis, problem solving and complex system evaluation of equipment major problems.
• Collect and Analyzes reliability data, maintenance cost, equipment bad actor and SAP Data for Proactive action to improve the condition

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in major of Mechanical Engineering.
• Have 3 years experience in similar position from Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industry.

• Deep knowledge on structured approach to operational reliability improvement (risk based matrix)

• Good knowledge and capable to develop Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Operational/Reliability Hazard Analysis, Failt Tree Analysis, Single Point of Failure Concept, and another analysis which requred for.

• Good knowledge of CMMS SAP, PI system and other asset management software is preferred.

• Good communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Fluent in English both spoken & written

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon
