Responsibilities :
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, work breakdown structures, and timelines.
- Creating and managing project schedules using relevant software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Identifying critical paths and potential delays, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Coordinating with various departments (engineering, procurement, construction, etc.) to align project activities.
- Developing and managing project budgets. Such as tracking project expenditures and variances against the budget.
- Forecasting costs, identifying potential cost overruns and implementing cost-saving measures and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Identifying, monitoring and managing potential risks and developing risk mitigation plans.
- Conducting risk assessments and developing contingency plans.
- Preparing regular project status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Communicating project progress, issues, and risks effectively.
- Facilitating project meetings and ensuring clear communication among team members.
- Possessing a strong understanding of Chlor-Alkali plant processes and technologies.
- Providing technical support to project teams and stakeholders.
- Reviewing and approving technical documents and drawings.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred).
- Min 7 Years’ experience in project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in project scheduling and cost control software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Chlor-Alkali plant operations and processes is highly desirable.
- Experience with risk management and quality assurance
Willing to work as contract based (1,5 year), and this position will be placed at site office project.
