Paramedic

Responsibilities

• Provide first aid treatment to employee with illness, medical accident or accident while on duty based on procedure, to ensure the employee get first aid and to be decided to the next handling.
• Make reports routinely including daily, weekly or monthly report about illness case, work accidents, clinic visit, and other reports based on implemented activities, in order that every incident is able to be reported accurately and precisely.
• Maintain, manage, and conduct paramedic administration work including filing and medical record based on superior instruction in order to facilitate well-documented employee medical files and ease the monitoring process. 
• Prepare all paramedic related documents for external or internal audit purpose to ensure comprehensive documentation and compliance with relevant regulations and internal standards. 
• Control and inspect the availability and readiness of medicine stock, medical equipments, and ambulance ; report the purchase planning of it so it will be in optimal state to provide medical service at company. 
• Support employee annual medical check-up to provide the best health services and enhance employees wellbeing.
• Manage clinic medical waste to facilitate process that accordance to facilitate proper disposal and compliance with regulatory requirements for environmental and public health safety.
• Support and take part at outside company activities such as CSR, gathering, etc to ensure participants in good health, also to provide medication or medical treatment to those who require medical assistance. 
• Manage the calibration of medical devices in the company clinic to ensure safety usage and optimize health service process.
• Provide Basic Life Support or First Aid Training to customer both internal or external as to company needs, so that the participants possess basic knowledge. 
• Support SHE health check activities for employee and contractor who will have high risk job, especially during Mini or Total Maintenance to avoid accidents and ensure employees safety. 
• Conduct Chronic Illness Monitoring Program, so that it can be regularly monitored. 
• Support medical treatment and emergency services to company subsidiary or JV as per superior and company assignment to ensure timely intervention and optimal healthcare outcomes.
• Perform medical evacuation to patient or accident casualty with emergency situation to ensure swift and safe transportation to appropriate medical facilities for urgent care and treatment. 
• Monitor employee who is being hospitalized, to know latest medical condition, and to ensure the accordance service received. 
• Provide medical guidance and reccomendation to employee and his/her family with medical issue outside workplace and after hours to ensure access to appropriate healthcare resources and support for optimal well-being and recovery.

Requirements

• D3 Nurse with active STR license.
• ATLS (ACLS - Advantage) & HIPERKES Certificate
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - CPR or equivalents(s).
• Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) or equivalent(s).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• 3+ years of experience from Petrochemical or Oil Gas Industry.
• Willing to be placed at our Site Office, Cilegon area.

This position will be based in Site Office Cilegon.
