Mechanical Static Supervisor

Responsibility

• Supervise field fabrication and installation of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, boilers, and FRP-based equipment.
• Monitor progress to ensure adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Conduct inspections and ensure all mechanical static works meet quality standards, codes, and specifications.
• Liaise with QA/QC, engineering, and construction teams to resolve any field-related technical issues.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, inspection report, and non-conformance reports.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards in compliance with regulatory and project-specific HSE requirements.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings; ensure workers use proper PPE and safe work practices.
• Assist in the review and approval of Work Method Statements, work procedures, and inspection test plans (ITPs).
• Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities related to mechanical static systems.
• Support Engineering work that related to construction and inspection activities, if required.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3 in major of Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum have 5 years experience as Mechanical Static Supervisor/Inspector in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas project. 
• Experience in Planning Site Activities, Static Equipment Installation and familiar with drawing, procedure (construction specification, work method statement), quality inspection and report.
• Computer literate using Ms. Office in daily activities.
• Good in english skills both spoken & written.

This position will be placed at Site Office Project Cilegon and willing to contract project 1 year.
