Interface Engineer

Responsibility :

• Managing and coordinating all interface points between contractors on a complex EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project.  Ensures seamless integration of work scopes, eliminates gaps and overlaps, and guarantees technical consistency across all interfaces points.
• Identify all interface points between various contractors involved in the project
• Work with contractors or involved parties to clarify split scope of work at interface point
• Manage discussions between contractors to resolve interface issues
• Develop and monitor Interface Point List / Register so that interface information between one contractor and the others is aligned during all EPC stage.
• Ensure that all interface point information changes are properly documented and communicated.

Qualifications :

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in major of Instrument/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5  years experience as Interface engineer in Oil&Gas/Petrochemical Project (Engineering, construction until Commisioning stage)
• Minimum 3 project experience handling interface works between owner, EPC Contractor, 3rd Party Supplier, interface works including interface of piping, civil, instrument, electrical
• Minimum 3 project experience handling interface works for installation and set up for HT radio communication system, IT-OT network infrastructure, laboratory gas distribution system between EPC Contractors.
• Minimum 3 project experience of handling bidding, evaluation for owner supply item. Owner supply item such as lab equipment, HT radio, IT facilities, etc.
• Proven ability to develop clear and concise presentations to senior management and executive audiences
• Have the ability to collaborate and coordinate with other functions including internal inter discipline team, EPC Contractors, Suppliers/Vendors, etc.
• Proficiency using Ms. Office & Naviswork
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.

Willing to work as contract based (1 year), and this position will be placed at site office project.
