Job Purpose:

To align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units and formulates partnerships across HR functions in order to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objective of the organization

 

Job Accountabilities:

  • Establish partnership with the assigned directorate/divisions clients and provide daily advise/guidance in order to meet business imperatives and/or improve employee morale, culture and engagement
  • Plan HR initiatives relevant to the requirements of the assigned directorate/divisions clients in order to ensure effective HR initiatives implementation
  • Monitor, guide and report on various HR processes including but not limited to talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and its related process., in order to equip HR functions with accurate data as basis for further interventions.  
  • Coordinate the HR program & policies implementation, including stakeholder analysis, familiarization and change management process in order to implement the organization's people strategy
  • Identify business demands by evaluating trends and metrics in partnership with HR CoE to develop programs, solutions and policies in order to meet business imperatives
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning in order to ensure the assigned directorate/divisions clients' organization capability is sufficient to achieve business imperatives
  • Evaluate learning and development programs of the assigned directorate/divisions clients in order to achieve learning and development objectives
  • Navigate the assigned directorate/divisions clients through HR system, procedures and policies in order to improve user experience.
  • Coordinate HR related ad-hoc assignments in order to mitigate any HR related risks in the assigned directorate/divisions clients.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in psychology, industrial engineering, human resources, or any related fields from reputable universities.
  • Min. 8 years of working experience in HRBP or HR area with proven track records in managing HR intervension, business partnering. 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skill and stake-holder management. 
  • Ability to work well as part of a team as well as individual contributor with minimum supervision
  • Proven experience in handling HR functions such as Organizational Development, Talent Management, Culture. 
  • Willing to be placed in our plant site, Cilegon, Banten
  • Excellent English skill both spoken and written
