Responsibility

• Register and update status closing report ECR regularly in a master file of ECR starting from hard copy to soft copy.
• File all original ECR documents.
• Maintain all documents in proper condition and regularly check update status of documents and List of docs.
• Maintain the availability and cleanliness of all files, documents, drawings, work facility & all stationary and ensure no missing documents.

Qualifications

• Diploma 3. 
• Freshgraduate/experience are welcome to apply. 
• Computer literate using Ms. Office & Adobe Acrobat in daily activities.
• Understands English. 
• Willing and committed to 4 months contract employment. 

This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon
