Responsibilities :

• Maintain, develop Plant Information System (PI) as a real time data historian system and ensure the all of data are accurate, precisely to support users for data for analysis, reporting and plant troubleshoot.        
• Maintain, develop, ensure utilization all function of computer control such as APC (Advance Process Control) are running properly so can give optimum support the operation plant.        
• Implement, maintain, develop and coordinate alarm management system task force team to achieve daily alarm target 
• Initiate or support to several project manufacturing digital transformation such as simulation, automation, DCS upgrade, etc in order to manage project, implement and hand over to users.        
• Ensure all related manufacturing digitalization scope network system is in good and reliable condition by coordinating with IT.        
• Collaborate and support any request related with manufacturing digital transformation scope
• Conduct study/assessment workshop with users for gathering their pain points, explore if any digital solution can overcomethose pain points, and support in implementing a digital solution

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years working experience in engineering field at Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/ EPC/ Similar Industry.
• Proficient using Ms Office.
• Fluent in English skill both spoken & written.
• Familiar with APC, OTS, Process Simulator System, Power BI, PowerApps, AI
• Process Control, Simulation, Manufacturing Digitalization passion

This position will be placed at site office Cilegon.
