Responsibilities

• Create guideline for maintaining performance combustion  through maintenance strategy ( preventive maintenance for combustion part) and operation monitoring ( flame pattern , flame stability , etc)

• Provide technical input for optimizing combustion equipment  limits by  control and maintain fired equipment performance to meet IOW, standard and safety requirements

• Involve as member in investigation and provide technical knowledge regarding incident related  combustion equipment to support investigation and provide mitigation report.

• Collect and analyze trouble shooting for combustion equipment  reliability data including but not limited to combustion equipments  changes, modification, additional, development and application of inspection recommendation based on new finding from latest inspection.

• To set up Energy & Cost Optimization by some detail activity such as Improve fuel efficiency, reduce excess air, minimize heat losses, and support cost-saving programs related to maintenance and energy consumption

• Analyze and optimize combustion process , explore room for operation improvement , efficiency, reduce emissions, and ensure safety.

• Provide and update combustion related information in the system, provide advice and guidance as well as coach operation in the area for safe and efficient operation
  Provide field engineering, construction, turnaround, and execution support, bridging design–execution gaps

   

• Focal point for external communication on Furnace and Fired Heater equipments.
  Continuous Improvement & Digitalization: Support digital monitoring for critical part of combustion equipment,  process trending, and predictive analytics to enhance plant reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5-9 year working experience in Combustion Engineering area especially in the refinery  and petrochemical company with have Fired Heater equipment ( Licensed by KBR, Lummmus, Technip)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license,  or other relevant certifications can be beneficial
• Software skill : ANSYS, FLUENT, or other combustion modelling and simulation software
• Proficient using Ms Office
• Fluent in English skill both spoken & written

This position will be placed at site office Cilegon.
