Civil Sr. Engineer

Responsibility :

• Support RCA for civil asset failures and recommend for corrective actions.
• Assist in the development New Maintenance Strategy & Evaluation of Existing Maintenance Strategy
• Manage projects related to civil asset reliability including planning, execution and monitoring
• Experience in strategic planning, cost & risk analysis.
• Provide input and recommendation as technical expertise regarding critical civil, structural, geotechnical issues, and etc.
• Review conceptual civil, geotechnical, structural designs referring to engineering specification / standard and applicable regulations, to 
• implemented in all phases of project.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, including structural analysis, geotechnical engineering, and materials science.
• Proficiency in using structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, STAADPRO, AFES etc.).
• Knowledge of reliability engineering techniques, such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Risk Based Maintenance (RBI), Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills & Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Fluent in English skill both spoken & written
