Butadiene, Butene-1 & MTBE PI Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Analyse the reliability and stability of the process at the B1/BD/MTBE  production facilities to identify any problem arise on repetitive basis and conducting studies repair system as part of total productive maintenance activity in order to solve and find the root cause of cronical problem
• Analyze any problems or any gap of production performance align with objective of manufacturing excellence division through plant performance monitoring in daily basis to come up with any initiatives idea to solve or close the gap in order to achieve maximum production optimization
• Recommend economic analysis, cost saving and continue to create or develop any improvement initiatives of production process in order to increase efficiency of production process and generate better quality of products to achieve maximum production plan optimization objective
• Review and summarize any standard operating procedure related to process improvement initiatives and ensure any kind of improvements is implemented properly
• Problem statement analysis, technical assistance, troubleshooting and any hazards analysis for B1/BD/MTBE plant in order to ensure the Plants can operate properly based on production plan
• Investigate and inspection before and after turn around maintenance activity (TAM) in plants to ensure the B1/BD/MTBE plant will run safe and properly
• Analyze the preparation of any required documents or reports related to safety as a result of any change in design of equipment (MOC) in order to ensure the safety requirement compliance is achieved
• Verify the new/modified equipment installation and Join Pre Start-Up Safety Review (PSSR) to ensure the installation of new/modified equipment suitable based on operational B1/BD/MTBE  plant requirement prior to commissioning.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in major Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 1 years working experience in engineering field at EPC/Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/ Similar Industry.
• Have knowledge and good experience process simulation (ASPEN HYSYS)
• Proficient in Ms. Office
• Have good in English skill both spoken & written

This position will be placed at site office Cilegon.
