Major accountabilities:

  • Coordinate and analyze Talent Mapping process  (i.e. prepare material & conduct socialization, launch form for Manager, follow up form submission, facilitate Calibration Session for Job Grade 7-10, etc.) in order to create pool of identified talent in timely manner.
  • Coordinate and analyze Succession Planning process (i.e. prepare material, conduct socialization, facilitate session to identify successor for Section Manager level, identify readiness level, register risk of loss and impact of loss) to ensure the achievement of succession plan targets.
  • Analyze data and monitor the implementation of Career Development Process for STAR Talent and Key Roles to ensure the smooth implementation in timely manner.
  • Coordinate, prepare data and monitor Individual Development Plan implementation for Manager's successors and compile all data to ensure the availability of accurate data and smooth IDP implementation in timely manner
  • Coordinate Career Management process (i.e. prepare data, assist to facilitate promotion and progression for Managerial level, monitor and evaluate the implementation and progress, compile all data) to ensure the smooth implementation in timely manner.
  • Conduct first review to drafts of Talent Development reporting (i.e. talent Mapping, succession plan, etc.) and provide analysis based on compiled data to ensure the availability of accurate dashboards in timely manner.
  • Support data for budget formulation in Talent Development Section, and record budget realization to generate reasonable, clear, and accurate budget realization.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Management/Psychology/Accounting/Business Management
  • Have an experience min 5 years as Talent Development/ Talent Management 
  • Have a good knowledge in Talent Management or Career Management
  • Excellent in Microsoft office especially using excel and power point
  • Fluent in English both spoken & written. Good communication skill.

 

This position will be place in Head Office Jakarta
