What you will do as Talent Acquisition Specialist:

 

  • Conduct full-cycle recruitment process and participate in various recruitment initiatives to fulfil organization's manpower needs with talented and qualified candidates.
  • Work on a complete end-to-end recruitment process as prescribed in the Recruiting Policy and Procedure with hiring managers and related human resources counterpart.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with hiring manager and/or relevant stakeholders in creating and executing recruitment action plan, from clarifying job description, develop sourcing plan, job posting, interview plan, up to successful placement.
  • Use various sourcing methods to attract talent and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
  • Ensure data integrity by accurately and timely encoding of all information in the Recruitment Technology (Successfactors), including information accuracy on each PR assigned and job posting is updated accordingly.
  • Actively participate in Employer Branding activities.
  • Establish a close and professional relationship with all stakeholders and other Third Party Vendors, collaborating to ensure smooth deliverance of hiring process.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and meetings focusing on recruiting process initiatives and improvements or best practices (e.g. Employer Branding, Campuss Outreach, etc)
  • Ensure overall good recruiting experience to both hiring managers and candidates. This includes becoming a recruiting subject matter experts and a good ambassador to the company.

 

Who is our ideal candidate:

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
  • Having at least 3-year of experience in recruiting environment and execute a full life cycle of recruiting activities
  • Having good knowledge about interview methods
  • Having good knowledge and experience in various sourcing channels
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System
  • Strong communication and analytical skill
  • Have eagerness in learning and curiosity to improve
  • Willing to be placed in our plant site, Anyer, Cilegon, Banten.
