JOB PURPOSE

 

Analyze business opportunities, collaborate with company’s project team and other functions as well as external parties to conduct detailed feasibility studies, develop project, prepare investment proposals and propose strategic recommendations to management in order to increase company value through revenue growth, cost efficiency/improvement, and sustainability

 

Job Accountabilities:

 

With Manager’s supervision, this position is responsible to:

  1. Identify and analyse project opportunities with related stakeholders
  2. Conduct proof-of-concept study to verify the potential of selected project opportunity to enter next development phase
  3. Conduct detailed feasibility study of the approved concept to assess further the cost and benefit with more in depth analysis and accuracy
  4. Develop investment proposal (report and presentation) as inputs for management’s strategic decision
  5. Monitor the project execution of the approved investment proposal based on its approved budget, schedule, and scope of work

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering
  • Preferably having 3-5 years working experience in any petrochemical/manufacturing companies, commercial sector or public consulting firm
  • Ability to conduct feasibility study and construct financial model for business cases
  • Basic project management and financial analysis
  • Good command in English
